Sporty Girls Gear delivers free of charge, for orders over $100, anywhere within Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post.  Items are usually shipped next day.  Under $100 there is a $5 Flat rate charge.  Please allow 2-5 working days for your parcel to arrive.  Sporty Girls Gear is not liable for any product once it has left our office, including (but not limited to) items being lost or damaged in transit.  If you have any problems with delivery please contact us immediately.

If you would like to track your item we recommend using Registered post, additional postage charges apply.  Please contact us for the cost if you would like you parcel sent Registered post. 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, if you are not totally happy we will exchange or refund within 14 days of the purchase date.  To be eligible for a refund the item must be returned to us in perfect condition.  Perfect condition means it can be put back into stock, unused, unworn, without marks, neatly folded in the original plastic bag with all labels attached.
